We do not accept returns for used products, samples, or opened bottles due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

  • You're unsatisfied and wish to try a different scent (unused only)

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days


Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened perfumes

  • Discovery Sets & Mini Trial Kits

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Customized or engraved products

  2. We will provide the return address and further steps.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original box.

  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
